Villas at Magens Bay app for iPhone and iPad

This app is for owners and non-owner residents at the Villas at Magens Bay condos in Cedar Point NC 28594. This app give you access to the website, blog posts, contacts, rules & regs, pet rules, elevator policy and more.

There are 12 units per building. Each building has an elevator. The buildings are 3 stories tall. There are four condo units per floor. Each condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and approximately 1215 sq/ft.

Trash and water are included in the Home Owner Association dues. Trash is for regular trash only (see website) all move in and move out trash must be taken to the county dump site by the resident.
